The Krimml Waterfalls were gorgeous! If you will learn anything about me, it is that I love chasing waterfalls! They are a set of several waterfalls with a total height of 380 meters, making it the highest waterfall in Austria. You could literally spend all day exploring them!
The Picturesque village of Hallstatt, Austria. While this quaint looking little village is definitely worth the visit - especially if you love photography - most of the people of the village were less than enjoyable and seemed as if they hated the tourists. More on that in another post.
We rented an electric boat to go out on the lake with. It was actually a lot of fun even if it did max out at about six MPH.
The picture perfect main square in Hallstatt!
Views for days from our way up to the salzwelten salt mine. Which by the way was a really fun tour!
View of some mysterious castle house? across the lake from Hallstatt.
The best restaurant we ate at in Austria! This was in a quaint town on our way to Hallstatt called Bad Ischl. It was only about 25 minutes driving from Hallstatt.
On our way to the five fingers lookout in Obertraun we happened across some of the most friendly little rams and sheep!
Robert making Friends with said Rams!
